Joe!
He's another year older, but he says he feels the same as yesterday. Thanks to everyone for all of the birthday greetings and well wishes.
As a 23 year old, Joe was able to:
-live outside the US
-eat chicken lung
-celebrate his 2 year wedding anniversary
-become a "dad-to-be"
-learn the basics of Bulgarian
-make many homemade pizzas
-become an expert at building a fire in a wood stove
-learn to "like" coffee
-visit four countries that he hasn't been to before
-be a best man in a wedding
-write his first blog post
