3 cubic meters of chopped, split, dry wood!
We finally have our supply of wood for the winter! It arrived just in time, too, because it has gotten quite a bit colder since the wood arrived on Saturday. This morning we woke up to a thick layer of frost covering our yard - it was white enough that at first glance it looked like snow!
Now it's time to stack the wood by the house where it is better sheltered under the roof!

Hey, an Amish wheelbarrow! We're having a snowstorm, a foot on the ground and another 10" expected today, and snow every day this week is expected. I'm going outside to shovel paths to the bird feeding station, the wood pile, and the satellite dish. Nice and warm inside, I love heating with wood!
