A peach a day keeps the doctor away...
In our back yard, there is a garden. And by garden, we mean an outdoor warehouse of fruits and vegetables. It is enormous! This garden is supported by Lela Nasa, her children, and their families.
As you've probably already figured out, there are several peach trees in our garden. They produce the most delicious peaches that we've ever tasted! We can go to the yard, pick a tree-ripened peach, and bite into it on the spot. It is a wonderful experience!
Lela Nasa
When you have so many wonderful peaches, you can't let them go to waste. So today, pulled out the glass jars and began to fill them!
Step 1: Remove pits and slice
Step 2: Fill jars
It was hard not to eat them!
Харесвам праскови! (I like peaches!)
Step 3: Add 5 heaping spoonfuls of sugar.
She made me count to 5 in Bulgarsky... every jar!
We're not quite sure of the next step in the process. Right now, the peach-filled jars are sitting on a table in the summer room. They aren't finished yet, but we're sure that the final product is going to be amazing!
